At Scentedcandleel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our flowerbed and balcony decor products. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Eligible Items

Most of our garden decor products can be returned, including:

  • Planters and containers in original, unused condition
  • Decorative garden accessories with original packaging
  • Balcony rail boxes that have not been installed
  • Garden stakes and markers in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or installed outdoors
  • Products damaged due to improper use or care
  • Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance or sale items marked as final sale

How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship items to the address provided

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. We will arrange for the exchange once we receive your returned item. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing may take time
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary
  4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
